Many folks aren’t aware that Labor Day is also International Day of Charity! It’s a day we pause to consider giving back to charities that resonate with us.
In order to achieve optimal health and wellness, we need to address the entirety of our well being including diet, digestion, stress management, sleep, hormones, mind set and my personal favorites, exercise and flexibility.
In an effort to give back some of the generosity that the universe has provided in my own life, I have decided to donate a portion of my monthly proceeds to various organizations that have been personally impactful in my ever-evolving journey toward health.
This month I have chosen a local non-profit, Inside Health Institute, that offers sliding scale discounts and pro bono mental health counseling to at-risk, marginalized, uninsured or underinsured populations.
