For those of us who have been in pain for a long time, slowly but surely our world shrinks and the list of activities we participate in gets smaller and smaller.
When it comes to the process of healing, we can layer the 3 R’s method on top of many approaches and Myofascial Release is no exception.
While I have faith in the many benefits of Myofascial Release, I will be the first one to admit that it is only one part of the healing process.
