I am an Out-of-Network Practitioner for all Health Insurance providers. I do not bill your Health Insurance, but can provide you with a Superbill (receipt) to submit for potential reimbursement under your Out-of-Network benefits. If you would like to pursue this route, please obtain a referral from your Primary care physician.
